6.3. The Company, XL Mattress Co Ltd, endeavors to its best capability to manufacture mattresses under strict hygienic and quality control standards.
6.4. However, the company shall not be taken liable for any medical issue arising out of the usage of the mattresses and for any misuse of the mattresses purchased from the store.
6.5. Up and until the manufactured and purchased Mattress is within the premises of the company, the company can only guarantee that the mattresses are handled with maximum care and kept under strict hygienic environment.
6.6. All usage put to the Mattress is at your own risk and the company shall be not be taken to be liable for any misuse of the mattress.
6.7. All mattresses are manufactured individually and dimensions may vary as per the dimensions and requirement of the Client. The Client shall make proper measurement before placing an order and the Company shall not be held responsible for any wrong measurement submitted for manufacturing by the Client.
6.8. For wholesale and retail of foam or sponge to third parties for the fabrication of mattresses and or any other products, The Company XL Mattress shall not be taken liable in whatsoever form for any contamination of the foam or sponge after delivery.
